You’ve tried traditional therapy or other approaches but haven’t seen the progress you hoped for or are still managing persistent symptoms.
You’re ready to step into a life where anxiety no longer controls you.

Program Details:
Start Date: Wednesday, March 5th 2025
Meeting Time: 6:30pm-7:30pm every Wednesday (except for in-person integrations)
Included:
6 weekly 1 hour live Zoom calls (recordings provided).
2 in-person 1.5-hour integration workshop in San Diego (exact location to be provided) March 12th 6:30PM-8PM and April 23rd 6:30PM-8PM
Access to a group chat for community support.

Through this program, you will:
Understand the nature of intrusive thoughts and the obsessive cycle of anxiety
Learn to process and release fear, shame, and judgment stored in your body.
Cultivate inner safety, self-trust, and emotional resilience.
Rewrite limiting beliefs and embody the freedom to live authentically.
I combine somatic practices, trauma-informed techniques, and holistic tools, such as EFT tapping, meditation, parts work, and breathwork, to help you move beyond intellectual understanding and into deep, lasting transformation.
This isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about discovering the powerful, resilient person you’ve always been.
Each week, you’ll explore a new layer of healing and growth in a supportive and judgment-free space. By the end of the program, you’ll walk away with the confidence and tools to live a life with ease, without fear or doubt holding you back.

Program Outline
Week 1: Understanding the Nature of Anxiety and Intrusive Thoughts
Focus: Introduction and foundational understanding.
Activities:
Overview of the THRIVE method.
Reframing anxiety and intrusive thoughts as experiences, not identity.
Mindfulness and body awareness exercises.
Group discussion on shared experiences and goals for the program.
Week 2: Transforming Self-Identity
Focus: Shifting from an anxiety-focused identity.
Activities:
Exercises to detach from labels like “I have OCD” or “I am anxious.”
Guided meditations to observe thoughts without judgment.
Week 3: Harnessing Emotional Regulation (Somatic Experiencing)
Focus: Building resilience and stability.
Activities:
Emotional regulation techniques (e.g., grounding exercises, body scans).
Introduction to parts work to connect with inner fears and needs.
Somatic experiencing to release tension stored in the body.
Week 4: Cultivating Inner Safety (Parts Work)
Focus: Creating a foundation of self-trust and compassion.
Activities:
Exercises to validate and nurture through inner child work.
Breathwork for calming the nervous system.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques to reduce judgment
Feel and process shame and guilt
Week 5: Reclaiming Personal Power (Visualizations & EFT tapping)
Focus: Empowering your authentic self.
Activities:
Guided visualization to reconnect with inner strength.
Group EFT tapping to release stored emotional blocks.
Identifying and reinforcing positive beliefs.
Week 6: Processing and Releasing Stored Trauma (Bilateral Stimulation)
Focus: Deep healing through somatic tools.
Activities:
EMDR-inspired techniques to process unresolved emotions.
Breathwork sessions for deeper release and connection.
Integration of self-compassion practices to create safety within.
Week 7: Visualizing a Thriving Future (Cultivating Positive Emotions)
Focus: Embracing empowerment and clarity.
Activities:
Visualization exercises to create a clear vision of your ideal life.
Affirmations and mantras for confidence and trust.
Journaling prompts for goal-setting and continued growth.
Week 8: Evolving Through Consistency and Practice
Focus: Sustaining transformation and integration.
Activities:
Reflective discussion on progress and breakthroughs.
Creating personalized plans for continued healing and growth.
Final group meditation and celebration of achievements.
